This terrace overlooks a small river which makes the place a true hidden paradise. The whole house has triple roof insulation and all the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The interior is in a French style and beautifully finished. The property is already equipped with satellite, telephone and high-speed Internet access.
The Lodge also offers 2 bungalows of 25 m2 each with 1 American style kitchen, 1 living-room, 1 bedroom, 1 walk-in cupboard, 1 bathroom with hot water and a covered balcony overlooking the whole of the garden.
Behind the bungalows is a “rancho” of 45 m2 which is an added bonus.

TheLodge has 2 entrances: a private one for the owners and another one for the customers.
A parking and a barbecue area have been created for the sole use of the guests.
 
The swimming-pool is ideally situated half-way between the house and the bungalows, allowing everyone great privacy. The wooden pontoons all around have just been entirely renovated. New improvements have also been made.

All the technical equipment of the swimming-pool such as filter, pump, pipes and tiles are only 4 years old, that is to say almost brand new. The electricity and plumbing in the house were done at that time.
