Description: The bungalow is a small two person cabin with private bathroom and outdoor hot water shower located only 50 meters from the beach. View of gardens, jungle and beach. It has solar electric lighting.
In addition we have lowered the price to $1.5 million. INcluded is 12 hectares of concession area. That is about $12 per square meter for waterfront property with a permisso de uso from the muni.
